SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Delivery charges do apply to every item ordered.
Toronto area $15.99; Downtown financial district and office towers $25.99; Greater Toronto area $15.99.

24 hours notice required for all orders. For all areas not listed above, orders are sent UPS, FedEx, or Purolator. Call for rates. (Delivery 2–5 days) We are only accepting Ontario deliveries at this time.

Please make sure the recipient is there to accept the delivery due to the nature of the product. If the delivery has to be rerouted an additional delivery fee will apply.

HOT WEATHER CONDITIONS
During the warm months (May – Sept.) we might have to use cold packing due to the hot weather conditions. An additional charge may apply of $6.99 if needed. You would be advised ahead of time if this is necessary.

HEALTH REGULATIONS
Due to health regulations we cannot accept any returns on candy products.

SALES POLICY
We take great pride in everything we send out, unfortunately under some circumstances if something is unavailable, out of stock, or discontinued, we reserve the right to substitute a product for the equal or greater value. We will make certain the product is of the same superior quality.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order Candy Cakes would appreciate notification within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the order is being made and is in shipping we regret there will be no cancellations.

Candy Cakes does not assume and is not responsible for any liability or claims arising from any products eaten that contains or may contain peanuts. We take the most care in ensuring that our peanut free products do not contain peanuts.

All of our candy and chocolate products used in our cakes, baskets and bouquet arrangements are all individually wrapped by the manufacturers. Please read labels carefully.
